Sam and I have broken a few helicopters. The plastic piece that balances the rotor blades and prevents the top blade from intersecting the lower blade isn't very robust.
Here is the helicopter:

Removed the plastic casing:

Removed the metal chassis covering the two main prop motors and the pcb

Attempted to lay the pieces out nice:
Interesting pieces:
Two main prop motors and one small prop motor at upper right.
Lithium batter above PCB
Small LED right of PCB
PCB contains small IR reciever, usb powered lithium charger, and small control ic.
