If you want to cut out some images which are downloaded from internet, the easiest way is to import the image into corel draw, draw a shape say circle or rectangle around it and make it hairline. This way, you would be saved from the tedious process of editing a bitmap.

If you are working with magnetic paint and you want your object to be highly magnetic then apply at least 3 coats with a time difference of 2 hours and after the third coat, leave the object to dry overnight.
