I wanted create a drum pad that performs a melody as the drum stick strikes. I've set my program to increase in count everytime that >20 is sensed but it doesn't move beyond a count of 0, and I don't know why...

The program won't run unless the count goes up. Can anyone help me figure out what I've done wrong? Candy bar and a high five goes to the person who can :)
